The project involved the complete design, construction, and interior finishing of a modern hotel and suites facility. The development was executed to deliver a functional, aesthetically refined hospitality property that met contemporary hotel standards while ensuring guest comfort, durability, and operational efficiency.
BIGROY GLOBAL NIG. LTD. was responsible for architectural design development, structural construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations, as well as the full interior design and aesthetic finishes. This scope covered guest rooms, suites, reception areas, corridors, and all supporting spaces, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality visual identity throughout the facility.
Scope of Work
- Architectural & Structural Works: Final architectural design development and detailing. Structural construction including foundations, columns, slabs, roofing, and external walls. Installation of doors, windows, glazing systems, and façade elements. External finishes, perimeter fencing, and site works.
- Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP): Electrical wiring, lighting systems, power distribution, and backup solutions. Plumbing systems for guest rooms, suites, kitchens, and service areas. HVAC systems to ensure guest comfort and energy efficiency. Fire safety systems including alarms, extinguishers, and emergency exits.
- Interior Design & Aesthetic Finishes: Interior design concept development aligned with hospitality standards. Space planning for guest rooms, suites, reception, corridors, and common areas. Installation of ceilings, floor finishes, wall finishes, and decorative elements. Joinery works including wardrobes, reception desks, and built-in furniture. Lighting design and fixture installation to enhance ambience and functionality. Selection and application of color schemes, textures, and materials for a cohesive look.
- External Works: Exterior finishes and architectural detailing. Driveways, walkways, drainage, and basic landscaping. External lighting and signage provisions.
