The project involved the full construction of a building from foundation works through structural development, finishing, and final furnishing. The works commenced with site preparation and foundation construction, as shown in the photo, and progressed to the delivery of a fully completed, functional, and furnished building fitted with all necessary furniture and appliances
Deliverable was a fully completed, furnished, and functional building handed over ready for immediate occupation.
Scope of Work
- Pre-Construction & Foundation Works: Site clearing, setting out, and earthworks. Excavation and foundation construction. Formwork, reinforcement, and concrete works. Drainage and ground preparation
- Structural & Building Works: Blockwork and reinforced concrete superstructure. Roofing construction and installation. External and internal walls. Windows and doors installation
- Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP): Electrical wiring and fittings. Plumbing and sanitary installations. Installation of cooling and ventilation systems
- Finishing Works: Plastering, screeding, and painting. Tiling and floor finishes. Ceiling installations. External works and landscaping (where applicable)
- Furniture, Fixtures & Appliances: Supply and installation of furniture. Installation of kitchen fittings and wardrobes. Installation of appliances and fittings. Final testing, cleaning, and commissioning
